Improvement of the economic situation
Economists see an improvement in the economic situation.
However, they note that compared to last year, dominated by the coronavirus pandemic, the currently visible improvement in the economic situation was predictable. A definite improvement began to be observed from the end of April, i.e. along with the easing of pandemic restrictions. However, as the economic situation improves, inflation increases. Experts already point out that the level of inflation is at its highest in ten years. For this reason, it becomes justified to raise the interest rates, which should be considered by the Monetary Policy Council.
