Experts expect increased activity of restructuring funds in the near future.
The president of Bajera Fund explains that they want to focus on companies that have fallen into debt due to covid restrictions, but have a healthy core business. Due to the banks’ strict approach to refinancing, the best salvation is financial investors who will undergo deep restructuring.
Bejera Found collects funds from private investors. The plan covers approximately 3 years, after which they want to sell companies to industry investors or go public.
Thanks to the new covid proceedings, there is the possibility of faster restructuring, which is helpful for a fund that is ready to spend a few years restructuring in all areas to get companies out of debt and sell them to investors.
