Amber Gold bankruptcy proceedings closed
The bankruptcy procedure of the financial company Amber Gold, which has been going on for years, has finally been completed.
On October 4, 2021, the bankruptcy proceedings of Amber Gold in the Gdańsk-Północ District Court were completed.
One of the most famous cases took years to handle. Unfortunately, customers will get back a small part of their money because investigators have not been able to track down all the amounts the company traded.
The spokesman for the District Court in Gdańsk informed that the division plan covering individual clients had been fully implemented. The receivables, which included the amount of PLN 581,846,865.70, were repaid in 10%. In total, individual creditors were paid PLN 66,261,141.13.
