The owner of InPost plans to invest in telemedicine.
The CEO of InPost announced that he is interested in buying half of the shares in Medicalgorithmics. The new investment of the owner of InPost is a Polish company that develops advanced systems for cardiology, which allows it to provide telemedicine services in the field of, among others, diagnostics of arrhythmias and supervision of the cardiac telerehabilitation process.
Medicalgorithmics’ management confirms that it has received a loan proposal of $ 20 million, which would be converted into an appropriate block of shares. The reaction to the proposition of the owner of InPost was an increase of 20% on the Medicalgorithmics stock exchange.
Medicalgorithmics authorities have been analyzing strategic options for some time, including acquiring an investor, so the transaction may be concluded. Currently, both parties have time to analyze the potential transaction and the effects it may bring.
It is worth recalling that in April this year, InPost invested in the eObuwie company.
