Petrolinvest has filed for bankruptcy
Petrolinvest filed for bankruptcy on November 5.
In the announcement, the company informed that the reason for filing for bankruptcy is its tragic financial situation. Petrolinvest is the first private exploration and production company in Poland. She explored oil and gas in Kazakhstan. She has also implemented investment projects in the shale gas segment in Poland. Its main shareholder was Ryszard Krauze.
It debuted on the stock exchange in July 2007. The last listing of its shares took place in June 2017, and in December 2018 the management board of the WSE excluded the company’s shares from stock exchange trading.
