A Polish company specializing in customer data and marketing automation has been acquired by Perwyn and SilverTree Equity fund.
The details of the transaction are unknown. It is only known that it was finalized in euro currency and the purchase amount was nine-digit. Thus, the investors paid at least PLN 460 million. Rafał Brzoska, the founder of InPost and a member of the supervisory board of SALESManago, comments that this acquisition is the best proof that our domestic companies attract foreign investors. He will remain in his position. Grzegorz Blazewicz, on the other hand, will continue to be the president of SALESManago. He assures that the current development strategy of the company remains valid. The company will focus on the development on foreign markets. Currently the company is growing by 50 percent annually. Its revenues are approaching the level of USD 25 million.
