BOŚ will launch a recovery plan

The Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska (BOŚ) has decided to launch a group recovery plan.

The Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) approved it on 17 December. The group recovery plan was developed by the bank and submitted to the KNF at the end of 2020. The Commission called for it to be supplemented and amended. Eventually, BOŚ revised the plan and submitted it to the KNF in the second half of last year.

The new group recovery plan replaced the bank’s previous resolution programme, which covered the period from 2018 to 2021. It aims to bring BOŚ to sustainable profitability.
