Russian media deny Nord Stream 2 bankruptcy
On Tuesday, it was reported that the Swiss company Nord Stream 2 had filed for bankruptcy.
On Wednesday, Russian media dismissed these reports. In a statement available to Ria Novosti, Nord Stream 2 does not confirm reports that it has started bankruptcy proceedings.
The company is owned by Russia’s Gazprom. It recently completed construction of the second line of the pipeline, which runs from Russia to Germany.
