Computronik’s deal approved
The restructuring court dismissed the tax office’s objections filed against Komputronik’s arrangement and approved the deal.
The hearing on the approval of Komputronik’s arrangement was held on September 28. On the same day, the court issued a decision approving the arrangement. In doing so, it dismissed the objections that the Tax Office had regarding the arrangement.
At the same time, Komputronik Biznes’s arrangement was also approved.
