Prima Moda in restructuring
A motion to open restructuring proceedings for Prima Moda has reached the district court in Wroclaw.
Fashion company Prima Moda found itself in a difficult financial situation due to the pandemic. The company said in a press release that it is still feeling its effects today. The pandemic caused an imbalance in supply chains, which persists to this day and causes long delays in transportation. The company has also been negatively affected by covid restrictions and bans on the company’s business operations. The legislature has banned premises in shopping malls several times. This deprived Prima Moda of an important source of income.
Management estimates that the company will be able to cope with its problems thanks to the restructuring.
