Court declares Quantum Fund bankrupt
According to the court, restructuring Quantum Fund, the former Gent Holding, is not possible. The company is bankrupt.
A Warsaw court has refused to open Quantum Fund’s accelerated arrangement proceedings. It was requested by Jozef Rytel, chairman and owner of the companies. The court also did not agree to sanitation proceedings, which some of the company’s creditors wanted, nor to bankruptcy by prepared liquidation. Instead, it declared Quantum Fund bankrupt and appointed a receiver for the company. He was appointed by Krzysztof Golab, the company’s previous forced administrator.
