More layoffs in the tech industry
More and more companies in the technology industry are reducing employment.
A few days ago we wrote about mass layoffs in companies such as Amazon, Meta and Microsoft. Now a Dutch technology company – Philips has joined this group. Representatives of this company decided to reduce jobs by 13%. It was assumed that the entire redundancy process would be spread over time and would end in 2025. Moreover, it was planned that all actions taken should be strictly targeted and subordinated to the goal of increasing efficiency.
