Carbon Group files for restructuring and bankruptcy
Two applications, one for the initiation of restructuring proceedings and the other for bankruptcy, were submitted by the management of Carbon Group.
If both applications are submitted at the same time, the restructuring application is considered first. Representatives of the Carbon Group declare that they want to avoid bankruptcy. Therefore, they need time to reach an agreement with creditors and effectively carry out restructuring.
The Carbon Group company deals with the implementation of electrical installations and trade in energy sources. It is worth noting that the expansion of the business with the mentioned trade took place less than half a year ago. At that time, the company was renamed from Elektromont to Carbon Group.
