Agreement finalized
It is certain that Intersport Polska has found an investor.
For nearly two years, Intersport Polska has been looking for an investor ready to financially support the implementation of a several-year development strategy. At the beginning of March this year, representatives of the sports store chain reported that the search was finally over. At the same time, they announced that the finalization of the talks may still take some time. Now they have officially announced that they have concluded an agreement with the Ukrainian company EpicentrK and its Cypriot business partner Paravita Holding. Both companies will invest EUR 10 million in Intersport Polska in exchange for shares in the issue. The said amount will be transferred in several installments. All three companies declare that they have a common goal of making Intersport Polska a leading chain of sports shops.
