Bankruptcy application filed
An application for bankruptcy of Getin Noble Bank has been filed.
At the end of April, the Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG) filed a petition with the court to declare Getin Noble Bank bankrupt. According to representatives of the BFG, this is a natural step in the ongoing process of forced restructuring, which the Bank was subjected to at the end of September last year.
It is worth recalling that in the last few years the forced restructuring procedure was initiated against PBS in Sanok and Idea Bank. It took place in 2020. And it was already considered at that time whether Getin Noble Bank would be another financial institution that would share the fate of its predecessors.
