Responsibility of members of the management board and supervisory board in capital companies

Just today begins a two-day conference entitled “Responsibility of members of the management board and supervisory board in capital companies“, organized by Puls Biznesu.

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of the responsibility of management board members, to raise awareness of the existing threats arising from the performance of duties and decision-making, and to indicate ways to deal with them. Therefore, individual speeches will focus on a wide spectrum of issues, starting from the scope of civil, tax, criminal liability, and ending with penal and fiscal liability, taking into account the latest legal amendments.

The conference topics will be presented by an experienced group of experts: lawyers, legal advisers, economists and members of management and supervisory boards.
