On June 15 and 16, 2023, a scientific conference entitled “Franc loan agreement and the restructuring and bankruptcy of the lender and borrower” will be held, organized by the Lazarski University in Warsaw and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.

During the event, the results of scientific research on the title issue will be presented, which is extremely topical, especially in the context of the constantly discussed forced restructuring and the application for bankruptcy of Getin Noble Bank.
