The court declared Getin Noble Bank bankrupt.
At the end of September last year, the Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG) initiated a forced restructuring of Getin Noble Bank. Half a year later, BFG filed for bankruptcy of the Bank. And now, three months later, a court decision has been made in this case. This decision is extremely important for all the Bank’s creditors, including franchise holders, who were largely customers of this Bank.
