- Patryk Filipiak initiated a mini-series in which he will discuss the final stage of implementation of the EU Directive on preventive restructuring frameworks into the Polish legal order. Currently, he has focused on explaining the proposed rules for adopting and approving the agreement.
- On the basis of the conference organized by The Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law (CERIL) in Vilnius in mid-April, Patryk Filipiak conducted a conversation with representatives of this international association, namely with Professor Reinout Vriesendorp and Professor Gert-Jan Boon on the implementation of the already mentioned EU Directive in other Member States.
- In turn, attorney Bartosz Groele from the Groele i Wspólnicy Law Firm reported on the proceedings of the 64th session of the 5th Working Group of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (Unicitral) at the UN, which took place in May in New York.
- Dr. Ulyana Zaremba analyzed and discussed the statistics of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings for the first quarter of this year.
