Episode 8 of the ResTrue Talks. podcast

As recently announced, the latest episode of the ResTrue Talks. podcast was devoted to the issue of investing in entities in crisis.

In the first part of the podcast, Dr. Maria Wąsicka-Sroczyńska and Dr. Przemysław Grobelny introduced the topic of the so-called Distressed Assets. Therefore, they focused on explaining the very essence of this issue, and also indicated and discussed the features that predispose entities to obtain this type of financing. This was a kind of introduction to the rest of the podcast, during which Dr. Patryk Filipiak conducted a conversation with the Managing Partner of the Avallon Fund – Tomasz Stamirowski, prof. UEP Ph.D. Maciej Stradomski with CMT Advisory and Investment Director at CVI – Alek Wlezień on the theory and practice of functioning of restructuring funds, both in the form of debt and equity financing.
