n 2018, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Seminary student of Prof. Jacek Napierała under the direction of whom he prepared his Master’s thesis on the issue of responsibility for not submitting a bankruptcy petition on time.
Interested in insolvency and restructuring law, company law and civil law.
He has started his career since 2nd year of studing and worked i.a. in law firms run by advocates and receivers. Volunteer in civil and administrative university legal clinic. He took an active part in individuals and legal persons insolvency proceeding. He successfully represented Faculty of Law and Administration UAM in nationwide competitions. Speaker on numerous conferences, author of publications in the field of European insolvency law.
