Graduated from law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Defended her M.A. thesis entitled “law applicable to liabilities as a result of unfair competition”.
Takes interest in insolvency and restructuring law – she is a part of Insolvency and Restructuring Department in FILIPIAKBABICZ Law Office. She also is intrested in civil law. Since 2017 trainee legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
Has been gaining her professional practice since her third year of university studies by working in law firms that provide legal assistance mostly for entrepreneurs. Has experience in the scope of enforcement procedure brought by creditors to recover the amounts from the debtors. Was a visiting Erasmus student at a Spanish university for half a year. This brought her to explore Spanish commercial law, marriage law and international commercial law.
