He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków with a degree in law. He is also a graduate of the School of Ukrainian Law functioning within the Jagiellonian University. He defended his Master’s thesis in administrative law, concerning the issues of participation of social organizations in performing public tasks. He is interested in bankruptcy and restructuring law. Since 2017, he has been a trainee lawyer at the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań.
In his practice to date, he has dealt with bankruptcy and restructuring projects from the point of view of both the debtor, the creditor and the body responsible for the proceedings. He was also involved in the sale of the company as part of the so-called pre-pack project, and participated in the complex process of executing the agreement, representing the interests of the debtor. He participated in the creditors’ meeting and in the vote on the agreement in the accelerated arrangement procedure, which he also conducted. He has experience in activities related to liquidation of components of bankruptcy estate. He is also familiar with issues related to the so-called consumer bankruptcy, in which he represented natural persons not conducting business activity, including former entrepreneurs.
