He is a member of the international association of specialists dealing with bankruptcy and restructuring of enterprises INSOL EUROPE, the Team of the Minister of Economy for Economic Law and the Team of the Minister of Justice for the Revision of Bankruptcy and Reorganisation Law. World Bank expert.

He specializes in crisis management, restructuring of endangered business entities, asset management of insolvent companies and individuals and protection of creditors’ rights in connection with the insolvency of their debtors. He served as a temporary court supervisor, court supervisor or receiver in a number of bankruptcy court proceedings.

Co-author and editor of comments on the restructuring law, publication System Prawa Handlowego. Volume 6: Restructuring and bankruptcy law, commentary on consumer bankruptcy and on Regulation 1346/1994 on bankruptcy proceedings, and several dozen other publications in the field of business law.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, where he lectures on bankruptcy and restructuring law.
