He specializes in restructuring and bankruptcy law. He is also interested in commercial company law and capital market law.

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He completed his master’s thesis in commercial law. He also graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Poznań University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting, where he completed his Master’s Degree in Finance. Since 2018, he has been working as a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

He has experience in conducting large and complex restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings from the perspective of the proceedings authority, including, among others, assessing the impact of those proceedings on the debtor’s civil law relations, implementing restructuring measures, securing and liquidation of assets. It also participates in such proceedings on the part of the creditor and the debtor (e.g. prepares applications for the opening of restructuring proceedings and for the declaration of bankruptcy).
