A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. In 2017, he completed Postgraduate Studies in Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law at the Lazarski University in Warsaw. In 2019, he passed the bar exam with a positive result, receiving the award of the Dean of the District Bar Council in Poznań, and then he was entered on the list of attorneys of the Wielkopolska Bar Association. He represents clients in court disputes, in particular compensation and commercial proceedings, as well as conducts and coordinates cases in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring, both on the side of creditors and debtors, as well as supports the operation of the proceedings authorities (receiver, administrator). He advised and provided legal services to business entities, in particular in the domestic and international transport and construction industries, as well as providing opinions and drawing up contracts and legal expertises, and conducting the debt collection process.
