Information about data processing

The administrator of personal data within the meaning of the GDPR* provided using the above form is FILIPIAK BABICZ LEGAL SP. K. with its registered office in Poznań (60-786) at ul. Grunwaldzka 38 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”). In matters related to personal data, you can contact us by traditional mail to the above address or by e-mail to rodo@filipiakbabicz.com.

Your personal data was provided to us during electronic registration using the online form and is processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed in the following scope: name, e-mail address.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. conducting marketing activities of own products and services using electronic means of communication – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR – we will use your data to conduct marketing activities promoting our business using e-mail addresses, in particular to inform you about events organized by us that may interest you,
  2. analyzing traffic on the website and in the application in order to optimize available functionalities – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR – the goal is to optimize the operation of the website and application,
  3. keeping statistics – the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR – in order to improve our business.

Your data will be made available to entities providing IT services to the Administrator.

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the newsletter.

The data indicated in point 1) above will be processed until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised, which will be considered justified by the Administrator, but no longer than for the period of having a legal basis for data processing. Once the legal basis for processing is no longer applicable, personal data is no longer processed. The data indicated in points 2) and 3) will be processed for a period of 1 year from the date of registration.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

  1. access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of it,
  2. rectification of data,
  3. request deletion of data,
  4. requests to limit data processing.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
