She specializes in bankruptcy law and restructuring processes, as well as in civil law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in law. After passing the exam organized by the Minister of Justice, she obtained the license of restructuring advisor no. 867 and participated in numerous trainings organized by the KSSiP, including ones in economy and finance, conducted within the framework of Postgraduate Management Studies at the Faculty of Management at University of Warsaw.

Since obtaining the licence, the restructuring advisor has served as a temporary court supervisor and trustee in a number of bankruptcy court proceedings. In her professional career she has gained many years of experience in managing and supervising bankruptcy and restructuring processes of entrepreneurs operating in all sectors of the economy, including large listed companies.

Author and co-author of many publications in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring law, as well as speaker at conferences in this field. Lecturer at the Postgraduate Studies in Restructuring and Insolvency Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University and at the Lazarski University in Warsaw.
