The court will re-examine the motion for bankruptcy of Elektromontaż Gdańsk

The District Court Gdańsk-North will re-examine the petition for bankruptcy of Elektromontaż Gdańsk. As a result of a grievance filed by the Company, the Regional Court in Gdańsk overruled the ordinance on the return of the motion to declare bankruptcy.

Elektromontaż Gdańsk filed a bankruptcy petition in April 2019, which was returned by the Court by order of 23 May 2019. The Company appealed against the ordinance issued in the case and the Court of second instance repealed it by virtue of its decision of 30 September 2019. At the moment, it is difficult to predict when the application will be re-examined.

At present, the Company does not pay its due liabilities, in particular employee liabilities. For this reason, some employees filed lawsuits for payment of outstanding remuneration with the labour court.
