The 150-year-old family confectionery company – A. Bllikle is undergoing restructuring.
The aforementioned restructuring has been going on for several years and has assumed various dimensions. This time, however, it is the most serious and was caused by the coronavirus pandemic and related restrictions. The restriction of the activities of shopping malls, in which there are mainly confectioneries and cafes, and the suspension of organizing various types of family celebrations, prompted the decision to open accelerated arrangement proceedings.
