Restructuring of the Marwit company

The Marwit company, which produces overnight juices, salads and soups, is undergoing restructuring.

The financial problems of the company, which has been operating on the market for almost 30 years, began almost 2 years ago with the difficulties resulting from the inability to find an investor. In May this year, a rehabilitation procedure was initiated against the company. In July, the following documents were submitted to the court: a list of receivables, a restructuring plan and arrangement proposals. Last month, the court received a motion to discontinue the proceedings.

Currently, the company has suspended production, but announces that production will resume with the arrival of the New Year.
