The retail industry is counting on making up for the losses

After the end of the next lockdown, the trade industry hopes to recover.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, i.e. for over a year, the retail industry has already been subject to lockdowns several times. The total closing time of stores located in shopping centers was approx. 40% of days a year. Therefore, now, after the reopening, representatives of this industry declare full mobilization aimed at making efforts to make up for the losses. Moreover, representatives of the Association of Polish Trade and Service Employers (ZPPHiU) indicate that it is necessary to regulate the terms of cooperation between tenants and shopping centers, because those established during the first operating restrictions do not match the reality.
