An injection of untaxed cash

Subsidies from anti-crisis shields are an injection of untaxed cash for companies.

The Polish Development Fund (PFR) canceled the financial support granted to 250,000 enterprises under financial shields for a total amount of nearly PLN 28 billion. However, this is not the end of good news for business owners. Organizations of entrepreneurs and the National Council of Tax Advisors (KRDP) appealed to the Ministry of Finance to abolish the obligation to pay tax on the canceled part of the subsidy received. The Ministry of Finance responded positively to this appeal. The consequence of such a decision is savings of about PLN 10 billion by entrepreneurs.
