There will be a merger in the new technology industry

Optizen Labs and Laser Tec are beginning negotiations to merge the two companies.

They have signed a letter of intent in this regard. They are currently preparing an agreement on the basic terms of the transaction. It is to be ready by 28 February this year. All LaserTec’s assets are planned to be transferred to Optizen Labs. This will be done in exchange for the issuance to LaserTec’s existing shareholders of shares in a new series of the company.

Negotiations are to last until 30 April 2022. Valuations of the companies are also to be prepared by this time.

LaserTec offers laser hardening, surfacing, welding, 3D cutting and hybrid welding services. Optizen Labs operates in the digital publishing market.
