“Bankruptcy and restructuring” report
Today, a report entitled “Bankruptcy and Restructuring“* prepared by the Law Firm of Grant Thorton and Filipiak Babicz Legal was published.
The report presents the results of research aimed at determining the knowledge of members of medium-sized and large private companies on bankruptcy. The respondents answered the following questions:
- How do board members assess the risk of bankruptcy?
- What is the legal knowledge of management board members in the field of bankruptcy?

* The report was based on a survey conducted in April 2023 by Biostat, commissioned by the Grand Thorton Law Firm and Filipiak Babicz Legal, on a sample of 100 members of medium and large (over 50 employees) private companies operating in Poland.
