Neonet in sanation

Neonet is facing the problem of loss of financial liquidity.

A chain of retail stores – Neonet – has been operating on the Polish market for 20 years, offering electronic equipment. Last week, the network’s representatives filed two applications in court: to initiate restructuring proceedings and to declare bankruptcy. In the issued statement, they confirmed that the submission of applications was dictated by current financial problems. However, they assured that they hoped that the restructuring proceedings would bring the expected results, heal the company’s current situation and allow it to continue functioning. However, in case this positive scenario does not materialize, and therefore no agreement is reached with the contractors, the company’s representatives also filed a bankruptcy petition.
