Star ITS and Skylar filed for bankruptcy

Subsidiaries of Qumak have filed for bankruptcy. Justifying their decisions, the Management Boards of the Companies indicated the necessity to protect the rights and interests of companies and their creditors. Star ITS is an entity specializing in traffic management solutions for intelligent cities, and Skylar in air infrastructure. Both companies were established in 2014.

Qumak Professional Services company, which deals with IT outsourcing, will continue its activity, because it will be capitalised with the amount of 3.6 million PLN by IT Works and Manassa Investments.

Qumak is looking for an investor for the remaining 70% of shares in QPS.
