Próchnik submitted an application for restructuring

Próchnik specializing in the design, manufacture and sale of clothing has submitted a request for the initiation of rehabilitation proceedings. The loss of the Company’s ability to meet its liabilities is a result of ineffective implementation of strategic decisions. As part of the restructuring process, the company plans to focus on the development of the Próchnik brand and the sale of the Rage Age brand, as well as the sale of all unnecessary assets. Moreover, the company intends to radically reduce the level of fixed costs.
