Shield 3.0 was adopted by the Senate
Today, Shield 3.0 was adopted by the Senate.
The text of the finally adopted resolution is not yet on the Senate’s website, but the regulations concerning restructuring and bankruptcy cases should not be changed – they were not included in the scope of amendments suggested by the Senate committee working on the project.
This is all the more important as the provisions of Shield 3.0 include restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings in the catalogue of urgent cases.
The draft will now go to the Parliamentary Committee on Public Finance, whose meeting to consider the Senate’s amendments is scheduled for today at 4 p.m. The presentation of the report by the Committee to the Sejm is scheduled for today’s agenda. It is therefore possible that the Sejm will adopt the Shield 3.0 even today.
