Home Broker is applying for bankruptcy

Home Broker has filed for bankruptcy. The company could not take corrective action due to coronavirus epidemics. The communiqué informed that Home Broker’s financial situation deteriorated due to the impossibility of doing business.

The Company was an intermediary in the sale of real estate on both the primary and secondary markets. Home Broker generated revenues not only from the sale of real estate, but also from financial services. In the first quarter of 2020, the Group’s revenue fell from PLN 84.8m to PLN 68.87m.

In April 2020, the Company announced the planned layoff of 60 people.
