Trade Shield Limitations
The new anti-crisis shield, known as the industry shield, is addressed to selected industries that are most affected by the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic.
The support is addressed to the tourism, stage and exhibition industries and is to consist of: parking payment and exemption from paying ZUS contributions for a period of three months.
Along with the government’s declaration on providing assistance to companies conducting the specified economic activity, it was noticed that some entrepreneurs change the PKD code to one that was included in the anti-crisis shield, and only then apply for support.
