Approval of the Sfinks Polska arrangement
Sfinks Polska has completed the restructuring process.
In October last year, the catering company announced the opening of a simplified restructuring procedure. During the restructuring process, the company managed to reach an agreement with its creditors and obtain approval of the arrangement proposals. Now the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw has decided to approve the arrangement.
