The coronavirus pandemic has also left its mark on the functioning of the Gdynia shipyard. As a result, the existing contracts had to be verified. Despite this, the company’s management board ensures that financial liquidity is ensured, but its level is not fully satisfactory. This became the reason for the decision on the necessity to conduct a simplified restructuring procedure. It was planned that the proceedings will be partial, which means that only part of the receivables will be covered by the arrangement. The Management Board assured that it had already taken active steps to obtain new contracts.
