European Center for Compensation in restructuring

EuCO is implementing a restructuring plan.

The European Compensation Center (EuCO) deals with obtaining compensation on behalf of people injured in accidents. For some time it had been facing financial problems, which prompted its representatives to apply for the launch of restructuring proceedings. And so, since the end of October 2022, EuCO has been undergoing remedial proceedings. It has now presented an ongoing restructuring plan. It provides for:

• activation of agents, which is to translate into an increase in the number of acquired customers,
• employment reduction,
• determining the profitability of the activities carried out,
• focus on the main profile of the business,
• spreading the incurred liabilities into installments.

The court issued a positive opinion on the submitted restructuring plan.
