XXVII training organized by the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors

On April 14, 2023, the XXVII training organized by the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors will take place.

The agenda of the event promises to be interesting. Two topics will be discussed:

of the National Register of Indebtedness in the perspective of currently perceived practical problems visible in the course of proceedings for approval of the arrangement and bankruptcy proceedings, but also in the perspective of its development and
ineffectiveness of fraud activities.

Practitioners of restructuring and bankruptcy law are invited to participate in the event.
