Restructuring proceedings as an opportunity for wind farms
One of the courts in the northern part of Poland has legally approved the arrangement for a company operating a wind power plant.
The approved arrangement within the framework of the restructuring procedure conducted for the company is a chance for many wind farms struggling with financial problems, resulting mainly from the introduced changes in the legal acts.
Conclusion of an arrangement with creditors by a wind power plant will allow for deferring the repayment of liabilities their termination. It will make it possible to continue conducting business activity and pursue claims against entities which do not perform agreements obliging them to acquire certificates of origin.
