NB Tricity plans to file for bankruptcy

The subsidiary Nextbike is currently preparing a bankruptcy petition as the Tri-City authorities are withdrawing from the contract for the supply of bicycles and commissioning of the city bicycle system.

As a result of this situation, NB Tricity became insolvent. At the same time, the Company does not intend to file an application for the opening of restructuring proceedings due to the fact that it is not possible to execute a potential arrangement concluded with creditors during the restructuring proceedings.
