Ursus – a Polish manufacturer from the automotive industry specializing in the production of tractors and agricultural machinery – has financial problems.
The company decided to conduct accelerated arrangement proceedings, but did not obtain the consent of the Olsztyn court. This prompted the company to change the restructuring method and to take advantage of a new option, namely a simplified restructuring procedure.
