eobuwie has additional owners

In addition to the CCC Group, eobuwie has additional owners: Cyfrowy Polsat and A&R Investments Limited.

Negotiations on the sale of two blocks of shares of eobuwia to Cyfrowy Polsat and A&R Investments Limited were completed after only a dozen or so days.

Both companies purchased stakes of shares. Each 10% worth PLN 500 million.
