Scientific seminar on current restructuring and bankruptcy problems

On June 10, 2021, an open scientific seminar (on-line) will be held, during which issues related to the implementation of the Directive on the framework for preventive restructuring, debt relief and business prohibitions and on measures to increase the effectiveness of restructuring proceedings will be discussed, insolvency and debt cancellation (…), in particular the assessment of simplified restructuring proceedings.

During the meeting, there will also be a debate on the establishment of the Forum for Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law.
